Skanky Pants Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Skanky Pants, we know you’ll love your undies!
Refunds apply to faulty goods only; exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase (where eligible). Exchanges will not be granted after this period unless approved by us.

Eligibility

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• To complete your return a proof of purchase is required.
• Only regular priced items may be exchanged, sale items are not included.

Exempt Goods

The following items are not eligible for exchange:
• Gift cards
• Intimate & personal care items

• Return shipping costs are at the expense of the purchaser and are non-refundable.
• Exchange of faulty goods will not incur shipping charges.
• Delivery times may vary and are subject to Australia Post’s terms & conditions – refer to https://auspost.com.au/service-updates for up-to-date delivery information.
• Skanky Pants does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen goods, we recommend using Registered Post as this offers tracking from lodgement to delivery and requires a signature upon receipt.

Faulty Goods

Items deemed ‘faulty by manufacture’ will be refunded, after inspection and approved by us. You will be notified and if approved a preference for refund or exchange will be requested. Refunds will be processed and credited, as per the original payment method, within 3 business days.

Late or missing refund

If you have not received your refund after the 3 business days, please check with your bank as they may take a few days to process and release the funds.
